I drove an hour to Simply Auto after reading other reviews. I knew right away that I had finally found a mechanic who I had confidence in just by how clean & organized the shop and waiting area were. Michael didn’t look the part of a car mechanic and more like a CEO. He went through extra lengths to find a specialized part that would fit my jeep. He could have gouge me for all that extra work but was very fair and reasonable. One of the first times I ever left an Auto repair shop feeling good. Believe all the outstanding reviews!!!
The folks at Simply Auto Riverside did a big job for me they worked hard to source a rebuilt engine for my truck did detailed work were informative and great communicators always answering the phone and making timely progress calls. In addition I had the use of a nice loaner vehicle when my engine was being done. Thankyou Michael and the folks at Simply Auto I recommend them highly and I will return to them.
As a young woman, I have a fear of being overcharged and talked down at automotive places. I went here for the first time today for my 35,000 maintenance servicing, and to my surprise, I received a completely different experience. The guys were informative, knowledgeable, and did not overcharge. They also made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will be coming back here!
