Both my dad and I have been going to the Suwanee location for a couple of years now, and they’ve never done us wrong. Always super upfront and honest about pricing, what needs to get done, and what can wait. Most recently, one of their guys helped save a power steering pump that was giving me issues and turned a potential $1000+ fix into a much cheaper service.
Took my car to the dealership for service, and they said I needed brakes. Took my car to TRUE for a second opinion price, and they said they weren’t even needed. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Everyone was amazing! Will definitely be taking my car back here when they are needed. Thank you!!
As a young woman, I have a fear of being overcharged and talked down at automotive places. I went here for the first time today for my 35,000 maintenance servicing, and to my surprise, I received a completely different experience. The guys were informative, knowledgeable, and did not overcharge. They also made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will be coming back here!
